You can rent the Community Center by day for $75.00.  To see if the day you want is available, click the date. If "8:00 am" pops up, your day is available. If you book that slot, you will reserve that date. You have 7 calendar days to complete the Rental Agreement and make a payment of $100.00 deposit .  The $75.00 will be due the day of the rental.  At the time the agreement and payment for the deposit are received, your reservation will be confirmed.  If the agreement and the payment are not received within 7 days,  your date will become available for someone else to rent.  You can find the Rental Agreement under "Village Meetings and Forms" at the top of the page.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION IF RENTAL PROCESS IS SUCCESSFUL.

The Village of Roca Clerk maintains the right to establish "black-out" dates and reserve facilities for Special Events and Maintenance related needs.
